Founder of Wright Real Estate, Jeff has more than 22 years experience in Perth coastal real estate and is a qualified Auctioneer.

Jeff prides himself on his professionalism, reliability and scrupulously ethical business practices. This has paid dividends in the large amount of repeat and referral business he handles in City Beach, Wembley Downs, Scarborough and surrounding suburbs.

He was a top-selling representative with another local agency for many years, before becoming a partner in that business. Jeff subsequently bought out the partnership and launched Wright Real Estate, specializing in coastal properties.

Jeff also has particular expertise in small to medium property subdivision. In 2003 he began offering "How to Sub-Divide Your Property" seminars to clients in conjunction with his specialist surveyor, Vision Surveys. These seminars deal with green, strata and survey strata titles, and how to develop units on them. These seminars have proved very popular with both novice and experienced developers.

Jeff’s local knowledge is aided by the fact that he lives in City Beach and is closely involved in local school sport: Marist football club, sports at Newman and football at Hale.

Kelvin was initially employed in the WA Police Force for fifteen years. He has now worked in the Woodlands/Doubleview area for the past 10 years selling real estate. Jane grew up in Cottesloe, and has lived in the western suburbs for most of her life. She has been involved in business for many years, including becoming half owner of a busy scientific supply company, and also a company supplying materials for boat building. Jane also worked in London in sales positions, quality control, customer service and marketing for a large London pathology company. Concurrently, she also had an interest in property investment and development, and in response to strong encouragement from her close friends and family, Jane branched into real estate, with much passion and enthusiasm - her hobby becoming her work!

Jane now resides in Wembley Downs with her family, including 2 children still at home.

Roy was born in Zambia and lived in Cape Town (South Africa), before moving to Perth in his early teen’s where he attended Hale School. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University, he spent the next 13 years working in Business and Corporate Banking on the Sunshine Coast, Bunbury and Perth.

Roy has built and developed several properties in Wembley Downs and this is where he currently lives with his wife Taryn and young daughter.

He was educated at Hale School before studying Finance, and then completing Journalism at Curtin University of Technology. Adrian has worked in Melbourne in a sales position for a newspaper corporation and a digital marketing business. His roles included looking after clients, customer service and marketing.

Adrian loves a round of golf and is known to shoot a low-round at his home course Lake Karrinyup Country Club. He also enjoys all sports, music and travelling.

Dorothy came to Perth when she was 11 years old from South Australia and built her first home with her partner at just 18 and just got the bug for Real Estate. She has worked in Management roles in shoes and fabric for 17 years before deciding to work in a bank for 12 years as a Customer Service Officer.

Having rented properties herself Dorothy decided that she would like tge challenge of Property Management and went on to complete the Property Management Course, and has since settled into the role of a Property Manager for the last 4 years.

Dorothy has lived in Scarborough for the past 10 years ago with her partner and has bought, sold and rented here. She feels this is her home and she eats breathes it, loves it!

During her 10 years of employment prior to joining Wright Real Estate Ann-Marie had always been focused on a high level of customer service which continued into property management.

Ann-Marie moved into the Scarborough area 4 years ago and also purchased an investment property in the area. Living in the area allows her to market properties with a local’s perspective & having daily living knowledge of the area.

Ann-Marie enjoys all the aspects that living in the Scarborough area offers & is keen to share that with others. She can quite often been seen walking her dog around the streets or at the park plus she regular supports the area by shopping at the local shops.

Annie begun her real estate career in 2000 and learnt the ropes through reception & sales administration, after transferring offices and joining Jeff in 2002 Annie worked her way up to a Management Role and continued in this role for 4 years. After taking a few years off living in the UK, traveling through Europe & Africa, Annie lived in Sydney for a year, before missing Perth and returning to Wright Real Estate in 2010.

Annie works hard to ensure all clients receive the very highest customer service from everyone in the office and each person is treated in a way which will keep them coming back.

Annie now resides in Scarborough with her partner and enjoys Scuba diving, the beach lifestyle and is an active supporter of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.
